A company specialized in short-term rental management in Vancouver is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. In the past year, we have been maintaining more than 100 units and have had over 4000 guests. Currently, there are 5 employees in our Customer Support Team, and we are still in the process of growing, that is why we need YOU.
Job description: We provide 24/7 Guest Support online and over the phone. You will be keeping communication with the guests during your 8-hour shift, responding the inquiries, coordinating with the Cleaning Team, etc.
Responsibilities: — Handle all inquiries, consultations and bookings;
— Control check-in, check-out, key exchanges;
— Provide information, 24/7 guest assistance (within your shift);
— Create listing descriptions and guests’ instructions as needed;
— Follow the instructions of the supervisor;
— Work closely with the Cleaning Team and Handyman.
Requirements: — MUST: Excellent level of writing and speaking English;
— Creative writing skills;
— Doer personality;
— Loads of empathy, patience, and a positive approach;
— Analytical mindset.
Preferable: — Bachelor or equivalent in Linguistics, Education;
— Experience working in travel business;
— Experience working with Airbnb;
— Experience working remotely.
